Pomeranians are a type of spitz so they decend from the much larger spitz breeds like the japanese spitz and the samoyed this is why you often get poms larger than the standard it is not necessarily bad breeding!
If you are thinking of getting a puppy please check that its not from a puppy mill by seeing the parents and if you can, consider a rescue dog they really are the sweetest dogs sometimes rather than supporting cruelty to animals!!!

No. Just bad breeding. We get Yorkies that are three times the size or more of a normal Yorkie. It’s probably a puppy mill dog.

My pom is also …
My pom is also terrified of noises and the vacuum, so I use scissors on top of a comb to cut his hair. It’s takes 1-2 hours but he loves it and he ‘s always very happy with his new hair cut. If I try to cut his claws he shows his teeth. Some times his just impossible.
