I know there are some dogs that even allergic people can have around (like poodles for instance). I’m wondering if a pomeranian terrier would fall into that category.

No. First of all, both of the breeds mixed shed. Second of all, everyone has different allergies. So with dogs you really have to search if you know you are allergic.

Some terriers, like the ones we have, shedding is not a factor. This mix you are describing was put together by accident. It may turn out to be an outstanding dog, but you cannot expect it not to deposit dog hair all over everything.
